Our detailed checklist is followed at every turnover to ensure consistency for your guests at each visit. We understand every property is different however and after our initial walkthrough, we will add specific tasks for your unit to the checklist.
Our goal is to help improve your cleanliness ratings or maintain your current 5 star ratings on Airbnb.
We are able to accommodate same day turnovers with 1 week notice.
We are happy to offer a la carte management style services on a per service call basis.
Trash/Recycling can curbing, weekly or as needed
Pulling weeds, leaf blowing, planting flowers
Meeting with guests or service workers as needed
Shopping for/picking up online orders for supplies
Decorating for holidays
Replacing outdoor lightbulbs, hanging shelves, other small maintenance tasks
Cleaning Inspections (behind other cleaners)

Inventory and Wear/Tear Reports
We also specialize in Mid Term Rental and Travel Nurse house cleaning and turnovers. These turnovers are more in depth than a Short term rental turnover because the length of the stays are often much longer. We concentrate on high touch areas and sanitizing of all spaces between each guest.
You choose the type of clean we do between tenants - Standard or The Works. Both are offered at a flat rate.

We can also launder used bedding and towels, remake beds, place guest amenities and create welcome baskets! Let us know if you'd like to include any of these services during your scheduled clean.

A focus clean is essentially a mini Deep Clean of just one area. We can do focus cleanings on any area of your home - bathroom, kitchen, walls, appliances. Just let us know the area and we will come in and get your trouble spots into tip top shape.
